Publication policy

A listing cannot publish on price alone.

    Identity gateManufacturer and exact catalog number must match the evidence.

    Source gateSource identity, provenance and available invoice evidence are disclosed.

    Condition gateTesting or inspection status is stated without upgrading unknown condition.

    Evidence gateEach passport receives a SHA-256 fingerprint and last-checked timestamp.

    Commitment gateAn owner must approve buying, payment and final commercial commitment.

Read the proof and qualify a deal directly.

Agents can search, inspect a passport, submit an RFQ and assemble a non-binding offer draft. The sales agent cannot reserve stock, set final pricing, accept payment, disclose private networks or create a commitment.

The score reflects documented evidence reviewed by Surplus Edge. It does not imply manufacturer authorization, eliminate all counterfeit risk or replace the buyer’s final inspection. Conflicting or expired evidence lowers the status or removes the listing.
